Travel to Morzine
Morzine is centrally located in the alps, short driving distances to major cities down the mountain and so very easy to get to.
Flying
Get on a flight from your local airport to Geneva airport (GVA). From Geneva you either book a transfer to the resort (which is the cheapest) or hire a car. From the airport it is approximately 1hour 30minutes transfer/drive to Morzine.
Train
You can get a train from St. Pancreases station in London through to Geneva trainstation, underneath the airport. From Geneva you can book a transfer to Morzine, hire a car or continue on the train to Thonon and then get a taxi up the mountain to Morzine (be careful as a taxi can be quite expensive).
Drive
If there’s a few of you, driving can be a good option. It is pretty straight forward and takes approximately 8 hours from Calais to Morzine. You can book either the ferry or channel tunnel to cross the English Channel from Dover, UK to Calais, France, or Dover, UK to Dunqurke, France (45minutes North of Calais).
